S.T.A.T. Waste Stream Services, Inc. is a unique turnkey company offering
StrategicTechnologiesApplied To servicing sanitary and petroleum waste streams. STAT and its alliances have years of experience in the business of wastewater treatment. Our mission statement is simply “Keeping you in compliance and within budget.”
S.T.A.T. is the result of a technical specialist in the oil field industry which saw an opportunity where waste cleanup and prevention will eventually be needed. Within creasingly stringent new laws and regulations placing emphasis on the environment, he decided to further his career into the environmental field. After performing over six years of partnerships and managing other environmental companies, it was time to bring this industry to the next level.
On November 20, 1998, S.T.A.T. opened its’ doors to the Environmental Business. Using Houma as its’ base of operation, S.T.A.T. quickly began to move across the southern part of Louisiana providing sales and service to the sanitary and petroleum wastewater industry. S.T.A.T. also has entered into several alliances with other companies to provide all disciplines of this industry to better serve you, our client.
We now provide consulting, fabrication, installations, refurbishing & modifications, operations & maintenance programs, consulting & training, documentation requirements including permit applications and discharge monitoring reports for various wastewater treatment facilities.
We offer a complete line of replacement systems and/or accessories, equipment, and products to assist in the proper functioning of your wastewater treatment facilities.
One of S.T.A.T.’s priorities is the Operation & Maintenance of sanitary treatment systems. For a fixed fee, we will provide certified technicians to service your private or publicly owned facilities. Our programs are tailored to be site specific with complete maintenance and/or consulting support to provide the best professional care for your facility.
We currently operate and maintain under contract over 800systems and approximately another 70 on emergency call outs. These wastewater facilities range in size from 500 to 250,000 gallons per day. These facilities include but are not limited to Hotels, Casinos, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes, Subdivisions (Community Sewer), Government Housing, Marine Vessels, Schools, Restaurants, etc.
II. Personnel:
Timothy P. Champagne – Owner/President / Operations Manager
Mr. Champagne is in his twenty-eight (28th) year of experience in the practice of Sales &Marketing, General Business Administration, Field Operations Support, Development, Organization, Preparation and Negotiation of sales and contracts of various services, products, and equipment applications. His background includes direct experience in the fields of oil & gas industry. He has conducted phase I, II, & III Environmental Site Assessments, in-situ and ex-situ remediation and reclamation of environmentally impacted petroleum and sanitary waste streams. He holds a Louisiana State Wastewater Treatment& Collection Certification. He is the founder and owner of S.T.A.T. Waste Stream Services, Inc., its sister company, Clear Stream Utilities – private sewer utility, as well as Integrated Treatment Systems & Supplies. A company providing specialty products and supplies. A member of Louisiana Water and Wastewater Association and South-Central Industrial Association.
Dan Daigle – Co-Owner/Treasure/Legal & Financial Director
Mr. Daigle is an Attorney at Law, Certified Public Accountant, Notary Public and has a master's degree in business administration. He performs his duties as such for the company S.T.A.T. and is co-owner of Clear Stream Utilities LLC.
Tess Champagne – Co-Owner /Secretary/ Payroll & Benefits Director
Mrs. Champagne has a degree in Dietetics and associate in accounting. She has over three years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping, and twenty-sixth (26) years of general office and management experience.
Bill Underwood – Co-Owner /Executive Vice President & Group General Administrator
Mr. Underwood has thirty-eight (38) years of experience in; Accounting, Administration, Affirmative Action Plans / EEOC, Employee Benefits, Environmental, Housing, Human Resources, Inventory programs, Maintenance, Management, OSHA, Procurement, Project Management, Safety and Training, Security, Transportation, Workers Compensation Program, and Quality Control / Assurance. These services were performed in; state political subdivisions, offshore/inland oil & gas fields, and inland & offshore marine fields.
John Kroesser – R&D and Tech Support Director
Mr. Kroesser is a retired Interior Chief Petty Officer (SS) for the United States Navy with over twenty (20) years of professional experience as an accomplished Project and Production Manager concentrated in development, production, certification and maintenance of marine and land base sewer treatment systems usage devices for navies and shipbuilders around the world. He is skilled in project management, cost management, material requisition, product development, manufacturing, teambuilding, and training. Certification achievement and audit expertise includes International Standards Organization (ISO), Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) and International Maritime Organization (IMO) certifications. Mr. Kroesser is also a United States Patent Holder for Treating Wastewater.
Michael Frost - Administrative Operations Manager
Mr. Frost has fourteen (14) years of experience in management, operations, and human resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nicholls State University. His career includes extensive experience in leadership, team development, and operational oversight. Before joining STAT Waste Stream Services, Mr. Frost served as a Store Manager at Walgreens, where he led store operations, implemented strategic initiatives, and coached employees for performance improvement. At STAT Waste Stream Services, he oversees all aspects of the Human Resources department, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. His expertise in organizational development and workforce management plays a key role in supporting the company’s operational success.
